Westminster, MA (June 26, 2018) – A three car crash occurred Tuesday morning on Route 2 in Westminster, Massachusetts. The accident, which occurred in the eastbound lanes of the highway, happened around 6:30 am. Police in Westminster responded to the accident scene. At least one person sustained injuries in this crash. The accident happened in the travel lanes of the highway, resulting in lane closures while police investigated.
Motorists traveling through this area experienced very heavy delays approaching the accident site. The police investigation remains ongoing. There is no indication on the conditions of anyone injured in this crash or the cause for the crash. Police have not stated whether anyone will be charged for their role in causing the collision.
