Worcester, MA – Injuries Reported in Hammond Street Accident

Worcester, MA (July 2, 2018) – Injuries were reported in a Sunday afternoon that occurred on Hammond Street in Worcester. The accident call came in to police around 3:00 pm regarding an accident with injuries in the 1 block of Hammond Street. Police responded to the call and found at least one person suffering from injuries sustained in the collision. Additional units, including medical workers, also responded to the scene. The injured victim was treated for their injuries on scene.

The severity of injuries are unknown at this time but there is no indication that they are life-threatening. Police are still investigating this crash and have not released any additional details.

Boston, MA – Injuries Reported in Friday Morning Crash

Boston, MA (June 30, 2018) – A crash on Friday morning resulted in injuries to at least one person. The accident took place mid-morning, around 10:30 am. Officer Paul Sheehan of the Boston Police Department was the first officer to arrive on scene. Officer Sheehan was assigned to complete the subsequent crash investigation.

Unfortunately, there are reports that at least one person was injured in this crash although it is not known at this time whether the injuries are serious or life-threatening. A cause for the crash has not been determined nor have officers determined who may be at fault. Police will consider a variety of factors when concluding their investigation such as whether one driver was speeding, inattentive, failed to comply with traffic signals or was otherwise negligent in causing the crash. Depending on the outcome of the investigation and the facts surrounding this crash, the injured victim could have a claim for personal injuries against the other driver.

Norwood, MA (June 26, 2018) – A vehicle accident has been reported to police in Norwood, Massachsetts on Tuesday afternoon. The crash occurred just after 11 am along Route 1 at Morse Street. Multiple cars are involved in this crash. Police and emergency officials are actively working the scene at this time. Worcester, MA – Personal Injury Accident on Chandler Street

Worcester, MA (June 26, 2018) – Police in Worcester, Massachusetts received a report of an accident involving injuries on Monday afternoon. The call came in to police around 1:00 pm with details of a multiple vehicle accident with injuries in the 200 block of Chandler Street. After receiving the call, Worcester police officers responded to the scene of the accident. When they arrived, officers verified that at least one driver had been injured in this crash. As a result of the injuries, medical personnel also arrived on the scene to administer treatment.

There is no word at this time on the severity of the injuries sustained or whether the injured victims were transported to a hospital to receive treatment. Boston, MA – Several Injuries in Multiple Vehicle Crash

Boston, MA (June 26, 2018) – Several injuries were reported to Massachusetts State Police in a three car accident that took place Monday on I-93. The crash occurred just prior to 3:00 pm in the southbound lanes of the highway prior to exit 24. In all, five cars were involved in the crash.

Boston police say that a 27 year old from Lowell, and his 29 year old passenger in a 2011 Kia Sportage were transported to Tufts Medical Center. Additionally, a 27 year old New Jersey woman in an Audi A3 was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital for treatment. None of the others involved in the accident were injured.

State Police Sergeant Sullivan said that the accident is still under investigation by their agency. Sullivan did not provide a cause for the crash or an update on the injured victims. The crash was cleared and the roadway was opened back to motorists by 5:00 pm.

Hyannis, MA – Crash Leaves One Person Seriously Injured

Hyannis, MA (June 25, 2018) – A crash in Hyannis, Massachusetts left one person seriously injured on Monday afternoon. The crash happened along Iyannough Road, near local restaurant known as Friendly’s. Barnstable Police responded to the collision to investigate. Upon officers’ arrival, it was determined that one of the crash victims had suffered serious injuries in the crash.

The injured victim was rushed to nearby Cape Cod Hospital with what is being described as a head injury. Barnstable Police are continuing to investigate the crash as of Monday evening. Police have not released further details involving the accident and it is unknown if the head injury is life-threatening to the motorist.

2 Dogs Under Home Quarantine After Biting Woman

Animal control in Wareham, Massachusetts reported that two pit bull mix dogs are under home quarantine because they attacked and injured a woman.

The dogs were off leash when the attack happened on Monday night in the area of Papermill Road.

The victim did not notify the dog owner of what happened.

Car Struck in Brockton

The passenger side of a vehicle in Brockton located on Blaine Street and Forest Avenue was found riddled with bullets. Both doors had bullet holes and the back window was smashed in.

This was the scene of a gunfire incident on Monday night.

Police were alerted to several shots being fired near 3 Blaine Street at around 9:20 at night.

Driver in Custody in Connection with Medford Pedestrian Crash

In Medford on April 29, a young driver was taken into custody after one person and a dog were killed and two others were seriously injured after they were hit by a vehicle on Sunday.

The crash occurred on Spring Street near Emerald Street at around 4:50 in the afternoon.

It has been reported that a juvenile male was driving on Spring Street when he struck and killed an adult woman. The driver then kept going and hit two more people before crashing into Citizens Bank.
