Boston, MA – Accident on Atherton Street Injures One

Boston, MA (June 30, 2018) – Boston police responded to many car accident scenes on Wednesday. One of the earliest calls came in to police at 7:26 am regarding a multiple car crash with injuries. Police believe that the crash occurred just prior and that they received the a few minutes later. Officer Patrick Abrahamson was working routine patrol on Wednesday morning and responded to the crash report.

Officer Abrahamson, along with fire and rescue personnel, discovered that one person was injured in the crash. Medical treatment was offered and accepted on scene. The extent of injuries is not currently known. The accident investigation remains ongoing under Boston police case number 182054122.

Worcester, MA – Injury Crash on Irving Street

Worcester, MA (July 11, 2018) – An injury accident was reported on Irving Street in Worcester around 8:00 am on Tuesday. Worcester police responded to the scene to investigate. Upon arrival, officers discovered an accident with injuries at this location. All involved in the crash were on scene to speak with officers when they arrived. Police conducted an investigation into the crash and cleared away the scene so as not to delay traffic.

There is no word on the condition of the injured victim at this time. The Worcester police are still investigating the crash and its surrounding circumstances and have not released information on the cause of the collision. The identity of the drivers involved is also unknown.

Harwich, MA – Multiple Injuries Reported on Route 6

Harwich, MA (JUNE 25, 2018) – A crash on Route 6 in Harwich left multiple people suffering from injuries and caused significant traffic delays across the area. The crash, which involved two vehicles, happened near exit 10. Two ambulances were at the scene to transport injured victims for treatment. The victims were taken to nearby Cape Cod Hospital for further evaluation.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Traffic on Route 6 was snarled at the lunchtime hour as motorists attempted to bypass the crash scene. Police have not released a cause for the collision or any updates on the injured victims. The identities of those involved has not been released at this time either.

Personal Injury Accident on Highland Street

Worcester police have had an active weekend thus far. As of Sunday morning, officers have responded to over 60 car accident calls. Many of these calls are for accidents with only property damage. Several others, however, are hit and run and multiple car accidents involving injury to the occupants.

A personal injury accident occurred in the 1 block of Highland Street at 6 pm on Saturday, June 23rd. Police responded to the scene of the crash immediately after receiving a call regarding the crash. They discovered that at least one person had sustained injuries in the crash. The extent of injuries is unknown at this time. The drivers involved have not been identified and the cause of the crash remains under police investigation. We have no indication that the injuries in this accident are life-threatening.

Lynnfield Wreck Causes Injuries, Snarls Traffic

A wreck on Highway 128 southbound in Lynnfield, Massachusetts caused a host of problems on Tuesday afternoon. Just after 3:00 pm, authorities with the Lynnfield Police Department received word of a collision near exit 42, just past Walnut Street. This area is a divided highway with three travel lanes on both sides of a median.

Police report that this was a collision involving three vehicles. Two of the vehicles were pushed next to each other in perpendicular fashion while the third vehicle was disabled in the middle lane of the roadway. EMS personnel were on scene of the accident tending to injured victims. At least one of the victims was transported to a hospital with injuries.

The crash caused severe traffic issues for motorists on this stretch of road. Of the three lanes, only the far right hand lane was available for car to pass through as the other two lanes were blocked by the collision. Police did their best to route traffic into the one available lane. However, as expected, there were major delays around the crash at this time. Motorists experienced residual delays as traffic slowly resumed its regular flow after the accident scene was cleared.
