Boston police responded to a handful of injury accidents involving motor vehicles on Wednesday evening. One of those accidents took place on George Street in the Dudley Square neighborhood and just west of I-93. This accident happened at 3:30 in the afternoon. Officers were dispatched to the site as soon as the call came in.
Officer Michael Ennis of the BPD was the investigating officer for this crash. Officer Ennis reports that there were injuries suffered in the accident. However, at this time, we do not have any information regarding the nature of the injuries. The accident scene remained blocked off for a period of time as officers completed their investigation and cleared the area for the resumption of vehicle traffic. The identities of those involved in the crash have not been released.
