On June 12, a vehicle accident was reported to the police in Eastham. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene quickly after receiving news of the crash around three in the afternoon. Massachusetts State Police responded to the accident and discovered that the woman had sustained serious injuries. Initially, the severity of her injuries necessitated the calling of a helicopter ambulance to transport her to a local hospital, but initial estimates placed the helicopter too far away to be of assistance in this accident. Instead, the woman was transported by ambulance to Baystate Medical Center to receive treatment for her injuries. 

On June 12, the Boston Police Department responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries. The incident occurred on Parker Street in Boston and was reported to the police around 8:10 in the morning. Emergency personnel responded to the scene soon afterward.

Officer Agnaldo Monteiro was one of the first people to arrive on the scene, but she was shortly joined by other emergency authorities. One person was injured in the accident, and they were given emergency medical care at the scene. The extent of their injuries is still being determined, but no fatalities were reported. An investigation is still ongoing into the cause of the collision. The area was cleared within the hour, and the normal flow of traffic resumed shortly thereafter.

The accident occurred near the intersection of State Road and Elliot Lane.

Upon arrival at the accident, first responders discovered that some of the people involved in the accident had been injured, and medical care was given to these individuals at the scene. The extent of their injuries is still being determined, but no fatalities were reported. To assist in the ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident, statements were taken at the scene, and the scene was cleared from the regular flowe of traffic.
