A vehicle accident can happen suddenly, and the results of these accidents can be quite catastrophic at times. By remaining aware and following all traffic laws, drivers can do their part to keep roads safe for all who are on them. Negligent driving puts yourself and others at risk.
On May 29, State Police received information about a two-car accident. The incident was reported at approximately 4 in the afternoon, and emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly afterwards. The incident occurred on I-395 southbound between Exit 93 and Exit 92.
While assessing the scene, first responders found that at least one person had been injured in the collision, and medical care was administered at the scene. The extent of the injuries is still being determined. Fire and police authorities secured the area and directed traffic around the crash. Traffic was backed up to Attawaugan Crossing, but the crash was cleared within a couple of hours.
