Bicycle Accident on Francis Parkman Drive

Boston Police encountered multiple bicycle vs. vehicle accidents on Wednesday evening. One such accident took place at 6:00 pm on Francis Parkman Drive. Boston police officer John Keneally received a call regarding a bicyclist suffering from injuries following a crash with a vehicle at the accident location. Officer Keneally headed towards the crash site along with medical personnel. The bicyclist did receive medical attention from first responders on the scene.

Boston police have not revealed additional details surrounding the nature of this bicycle accident, including how the bicyclist was struck and whether the driver of the vehicle was at fault for the collision. Police did not immediately issue any charges in connection with the crash. At this time, we do not believe that the accident caused any life-threatening injuries.

Personal Injury Accident on Bowdoin Street

Boston Police responded to many motor vehicle crashes with injury on Tuesday. One of those crashes took place just prior to 9:30 pm on Bowdoin Street. Officer Michael Russell was on routine patrol Tuesday night in the area of Bowdoin Street when he received a radio call for assistance to the scene. Officer Russell quickly responded to the call and headed to the accident. Once there, he discovered a victim suffering from injuries caused by the accident.

Medical personnel arrived to the scene shortly after police and treated the accident victim. The injuries sustained are not believed to be serious in nature or life-threatening. Boston police diverted traffic around the accident while their investigation remained active. Officers were on scene taking measurements and speaking with witnesses before clearing the roadway and allowing traffic flow to resume for the remainder of the evening.

Motorcyclist Seriously Injured After Collision with SUV

A Tuesday night crash has left a motorcyclist in Chelmsford with very serious injuries. Responding officers first got a call just after 7:00 about a motorcycle lying on the ground in pieces at High Street and Acton Road. When officers got to the scene they discovered the injured motorcyclist as well as an SUV that had been involved in a collision with the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist was suffering from very serious injuries because of the crash. He was transported to Lowell General Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The SUV driver was not injured and cooperated with police on scene.

The speed limit in the crash area is 25 mph, but there is no word on what caused the collision. Police continue to investigate the crash. The motorcyclist has not been immediately identified except as a 21 year old man from Lowell, Massachusetts.

Two Vehicle Crash on Route 134 Injures Two

A two vehicle crash took place on Cape Cod Saturday evening. The accident, which happened on Route 134 near Bob Crowell Road, resulted in injuries. Police in Dennis, Massachusetts were called to the scene Saturday night. Upon arrival, they found two vehicles involved in the crash. They also found that two people involved in the accident suffered injuries which were serious enough to require hospitalization. An ambulance was called to the scene and the injured victims were transported to Cape Cod Hospital with serious injuries. Their condition is unknown at this time. No word on the identity of those involved or a cause of the crash.

The Worcester Police Department was busy responding to several injury accidents on Saturday evening. One such accident took place in the 100 block of Madison Street. The initial call for service came in around 6:00 in the evening. Patrol officers responded to the call and arrived on scene, quickly securing the area. As officers began to conduct their investigation, they noted that at least one person had been injured in the multiple vehicle accident.

Accident With Injuries on Mill Street

The Worcester Police Department was called to the scene of a personal injury accident around 11:00 pm on Saturday, June 16th. On duty officers quickly arrived just after receiving the call for assistance. Upon their arrival to the 300 block of Mill Street, they observed a multiple vehicle crash with personal injuries involved to the affected drivers. The officers then called for an ambulance to provide treatment on scene.

Treatment was administered to those injured. Worcester Police secured the accident scene and conducted an investigation before clearing the scene of debris. The Worcester Police investigated an injury accident occurring between multiple vehicles early Sunday morning. Just after midnight on June 17, the WPD received a call about an accident that had just occurred in the 600 block of Franklin Street. Police responded to the scene right away. Upon their arrival, officers discovered that at least one person had been injured in the accident. Medical personnel were also called to the scene and treatment was administered to the victim. There is no further word on the victim’s condition at this time or their identity. The cause of the crash currently remains under investigation by authorities.

Pedestrian Accident in Chelmsford Injures One

A pedestrian has life-threatening injuries following an accident on Thursday in Chelmsford. The accident happened around 2:40 pm. At that time, police were dispatched to Billerica Road and Omni Way. Upon arrival they located a 54 year old man from Lowell suffering from life-threatening injuries. The man was airlifted to a Boston Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Further details about his injuries were not available.

The driver of the car remained at the scene and was interviewed by police regarding the accident. No further information has been provided about the cause of the collision as police continue to investigate.

Four Vehicle Crash Injures Three

A four vehicle crash in Dennis, Massachusetts sent three people to the hospital on Thursday. The crash happened on Route 6 at approximately 9:35 am. The Dennis and Harwich Fire Departments responded to the scene of the crash. The crash involved three passenger vehicles and a UPS delivery truck. Medical personnel also responded to the crash and transported the three injured patients via ambulance to a nearby hospital. At this time, authorities report that the injuries sustained in the crash are not life-threatening.

At this time, Massachusetts State Police are investigating the crash. There is no word on the cause of the collision or the condition of those injured.

Crash With Injuries on I-93

An early morning crash occurred on I-93 Friday. Authorities report that the crash took place just prior to 7:00 am. The crash is in the northbound lanes of the highway, near exit 14 in the HOV lane. Police and medical personnel both responded to the crash, which has reported injuries. There is no word on whether the injuries are life-threatening at this time.

The impact of the crash affected travel on the highway. Both the HOV lane as well as the left travel lane were blocked, causing long delays for other motorists on the roadway.
