One Fatality Reported in Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash on Route 195 WB

A single-vehicle rollover crash caused a woman from New Bedford to be killed. The accident happened Tuesday morning, May 1, 2018 on Route 195 WB near mm 38, when a car went off the road. It occurred around 8:45 am in Wareham, Massachusetts.

Around 11:00 am, State Troopers responded to the call of a rollover accident. It has been reported that the driver of the car over corrected when the car began to run off the left side of the freeway. The over correction caused the car to rollover at the right side of Route 195.

Injury Accident as Car Strikes Bike by the YMCA on Main Street

Late on Thursday afternoon, April 30, 2018, an accident happened in which injuries were caused by a vehicle striking a bicycle. The accident occurred by the YMCA on Main Street around 4:31 pm.

Injuries were sustained by the bike rider, but the seriousness of the injuries have not yet been released to the public. The unidentified bicyclist was sent to Mass General Hospital via ambulance.

Truck Accident in Andover Spills Watermelons and Fuel, Also Causing Injuries

A 2002 Kenworth tractor-trailer tipped over causing watermelons and fuel to spill on to the road and sending one person to the hospital with injuries, early Saturday evening, April 28, 2018. The accident occurred near the ramp leading to Interstate 93 South on Interstate 495.

The interstate had to be closed for several hours Saturday evening so the watermelons and fuel spilled in the accident could be cleaned up and cleared after the truck tipped over. All lanes of traffic on the Interstate were opened to traffic around 5:40 pm.

Industrial Accident in Danvers Kills Man

Tuesday morning, May 1, 2018, a man was killed in an industrial accident as Devcon, which is also known as ITW Polymers. The accident occurred around 8:30 am in the morning at 30 Endicott Street.

Emergency personnel were called to the accident in Danvers, Massachusetts. When they arrived, the unidentified male victim, in his late 30’s or early 40’s, was alive and responsive, but critically injured.

Pratt Street Accident Sends One Victim to Trauma Center

One person was taken to a trauma center for injury treatment after a Pratt Street accident that took place in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The accident was so severe that it shut down part of the street on Saturday night.

The accident took place around 7 p.m. in the evening. The crash was a single-vehicle crash near Bicentennial Court. The Jaws of Life were used to retrieve the victim from their car. The individual was then transported to Rhode Island Hospital Trauma Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Three Motorcycle Accidents Ending in Fatality in Four Days

Motorcycle fatalities are up once against due to the weather becoming much brighter. An Easton man passed away in a fatal motorcycle accident that took place in Easton on Sunday night, which marked the third deadly motorcycle accident involving someone from Massachusetts in four days.

The first accident took place when a 25-year-old man from Lowell died following a crash when he was traveling at high rates of speed. On Friday morning, a 31-year-old lost his life when he crashed into a furniture truck in Somerset while riding his motorcycle. And, lastly, a 26-year-old lost his life when speeding in Quincy on his motorcycle, which caused him to lose control.

Alfonzo Little Did in Deadly Crash on Sunday in Springfield

On Goodwin Street on Sunday in the town of Springfield, a deadly accident took place that affected one young man. The individual was identified as 17-year-old Alfonzo Little. He passed away at the scene of the accident.

Little was a passenger in the vehicle that struck a tree after midnight on the day in question. At this time, police and a homicide unit are still trying to determine what caused the accident.

A tree limb struck a man in Marion today, causing him critical injuries. The accident took place at 11:54 a.m. on North Drive. At the time of the incident, the 64-year-old man was attempting to cut down a large pine tree.

Police, EMS, and fire teams were all called to the scene of the incident. The man was unconscious after the tree limb struck him, but he was still breathing. He suffered traumatic injuries.

A Plymouth rollover accident took place involving two vehicles on Route 3. The accident took place early this morning. According to police, one of the vehicles involved in the accident rolled over. It is unclear of the extent of injuries that the driver received in the accident.

Rollover accidents come at a cost, as most of these accidents lead to serious injuries. This is because of the impact of these crashes and many other factors that we have to consider, such as if the driver and passengers were wearing seatbelts at the time.
