Today, Manchester Police revealed that Thomas Tortora was the victim of a fatal accident on Sunday. The man, a Manchester resident, was killed on Highland Street by impact.
Tortora was traveling down Highland Street at a great rate of speed. His vehicle slammed into a guard rail, the force of which ejected him from the scene of the accident. He was declared dead at the scene.
