Harwich, MA (July 7, 2018) – A two vehicle collision took place in Harwich, Massachusetts Saturday morning.  The crash happened at 10:45 am on Route 39, near Harwich-Orleans Road.   Two SUVs were involved in the crash and both suffered front-end damage, indicating that the vehicles collided head on.

Harwich police, fire and ambulance all responded to the accident scene shortly after it occurred.  Both drivers received treatment on scene for their injuries, however, they refused to be transported to the hospital.  A fluid spill in the roadway had to be mitigated by the fire department personnel.  Traffic in the area experienced delays while police worked to clear the accident.   There is no additional information regarding the crash at this time.
