On May 26, State Police and Springfield Police received information about a crash on I-291 that involved two vehicles. The accident occurred in Springfield around 2 a.m. near exit 3.

Upon arrival, emergency responders found that one person was injured. This person was transported to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. It is unclear how many people were involved in this accident as the crash is still under investigation by police. The extent of the injuries is still being determined.

Since this is the case, it is vital for all drivers to remain attentive at all times. Negligent driving can have severe consequences.

On May 26, a two-vehicle accident with minor injuries was reported to the Worcester Police Department. Emergency personnel received information about the accident around 10:00 at night, and they were dispatched to the scene on the 1 block of Goddard Memorial Drive shortly afterwards. Upon arrival, they found that at least one person had sustained injuries, and they administered medical care at the scene.

The extent of the injuries is still being determined, but no fatalities were reported. The area was secured within the hour and traffic resumed as normal.

On May 26, the Boston Police Department received a report about a two-vehicle accident. Minor injuries were reported, and emergency personnel arrived on the scene shortly after receiving the call around 2 in the morning. The incident occurred on 29 Glenham Street.

Officer Anthony Puopolo was the first to arrive, and other first responders arrived shortly afterwards to help him secure the scene and help those involved. Medical care was administered to at least one victim, but the extent of the injuries is still being determined. However, no fatalities were reported.

On May 26, an accident involving a vehicle and a bicycle was reported to the Boston Police Department. The police received a report of the incident that occurred around 10 in the morning on 1640 Washington Street.

Officer Philip Kearney was the first to arrive at the scene and other emergency personnel arrived shortly afterwards. Upon arrival, first responders found that the accident had caused injury to the bicyclist. Medical care was administered at the scene. The extent of the injuries is still being determined, but the injuries do not appear to be serious.

Truck Hits Tractor-Trailer on Route 6, One Injured

These vehicles are much larger than the average vehicle on the road, and they can end up causing catastrophic accidents. Drivers or large trucks must remain vigilant and always watch out for smaller vehicles and other cars must remember to be cautious around large trucks.

On May 26, a pickup truck driver collided with a tractor-trailer. First responders arrived on the scene on Route 6 westbound near Exit 8. The driver of the truck had to be transported to a trauma center off Cape Cod by a Medflight helicopter. His injuries do not appear to be life-threatening, but their extent is still being determined.

The Yarmouth Fire Department worked to secure the scene and directed traffic around the area. The scene was cleared within the hour. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured.

Two-Vehicle Crash Caused when Driver Stung by Bees

It is vital for all drivers to remember to drive cautiously and follow the rules of the road. Negligent driving is a serious matter that can leave people with catastrophic injuries.

On May 26, several people were injured after a car full of bees crashed in the Berkshires. A station wagon that was carrying boxes of bees crashed head-on into another vehicle on South Main Street in Lanesborough.

According to first responders, five people were injured in the crash including a 4-year-old boy. None of the injuries appeared to be serious, but the extent of the injuries is still being investigated. Initial investigations by police indicated that the crash occurred after bees got loose in the station wagon and stung the driver. Many people were stung in the aftermath and during cleanup of the scene.

Pedestrians are not protected by helmets or seat belts, and they are exposed completely. It is vital for drivers to remember to watch out for pedestrians and for pedestrians to remain vigilant.

On May 26, a pedestrian accident caused injury to one man. The elderly man was hit by a car while crossing a street in Hyannis. Hyannis emergency officials responded to reports of a pedestrian who had been hit by a car. Upon arrival, they found the victim had extensive injuries, and he was flown by helicopter to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.

The driver was a 79-year-old man from Carver who was driving a 2018 Chevrolet Trax. No citations have been issued thus far. Police are still investigating this accident.

On May 26, a man was killed after a hit-and-run crash that occurred in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston. Massachusetts State Police identified the victim as 40-year-old Pierre Desir of Boston.

Desir was walking on Morton Street when a driver struck him. The vehicle that struck him did not stop. Upon arrival, first responders secured the scene and begin the investigation. Police are still seeking a taxi driver who may have witnessed the crash. The investigation into the accident is still ongoing by state police.
