Side Impact Car Accident Lawsuit

Our vehicles are manufactured to keep us safe while driving. The bumpers are reinforced and airbags are required by all states. A t-bone crash is a collision that happens as one vehicle is broadsided. Unfortunately, there is not as much protection on the sides of cars. In fact, broadside collisions are the cause of about a quarter of passenger fatalities in this country. Side airbags are now becoming standard industry practice, but there are still vehicles on the road that do not have this protection.

Falling Tree Accidents

Falling tree accidents cause hundreds of fatalities each year in this country, and far more than that in injuries. Injuries suffered from a falling tree can result in litigation against the property owner in certain situations. The owner of the tree or land on which the tree stood, had a duty to maintain the land and tree in a safe condition. A victim of a falling tree can sue a landowner if it can be shown that the victim was welcomed on the property by the landowner and if the landowner had reason to believe that harm was possible from its tree falling.

Head-On Collisions

This explains how easily a head-on collision can become fatal. Even parts of the vehicle designed for safety cannot withstand the impact if a typical head-on collision. Head-on collisions are some of the most confusing accidents in determining fault. This is why an experienced Massachusetts personal injury attorney needs to be by your side to make sure the most knowledgeable reconstruction experts are available to you to uncover evidence of fault.
