Crash in Chicopee Closes Road

On June 4, Chicopee Police received information about a two-vehicle crash. The incident occurred in Chicopee and was reported to first responders around 10 in the morning.

Emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene at Huntington Avenue and Crestwood street and found that one of the  vehicles had crashed into a utility pole. The driver of this vehicle sustained injuries, but their extent is still under review. Police closed the road until about 11 a.m. as crews cleaned up.
