On June 8, Carver Police responded to a two-vehicle accident. The incident was called into the police at 9:40 in the morning, and emergency responders were dispatched to the scene quickly afterwards. The accident occurred at Main Street and Route 44 East.
Police and fire departments directed traffic around the area and the scene was cleared. One individual sustained injuries in the accident, and they were given medical care at the scene. The extent of their injuries is still under review. However, the injuries do not appear to be life-threatening and no fatalities were reported.
